Children First Montessori Preschool was established in 1992 to provide the greater Bangor area with a quality Montessori based early child care program.

Our Philosophy
Children First Montessori Preschool is a member of the London Montessori Society (LMS) and is licensed by the State of Maine. We offer a quality preschool education with emphasis on the individual child guided by the principals that children learn independently and creatively in a loving, orderly environment. Children First Montessori Preschool has been selected to participate in the WhyTry Recourse Development Project for ages 0 through 5 Steering Committee. Your contributions to this project will help the future of this evidence based practice and ultimately provide you with key resources to utilize when working with younger children. This program directly looks at a way to build resilience and wellness in young children. |
